The numbers refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimeters. This allows for the highest precision in slice thickness (especially the thinnest and most common) with the highest repeatability so you can enjoy perfectly sliced foods every time.
CLEANING & HYGIENE: A professional food plate with a quick detachable system. The blade cover can be removed by rotating it 90° and pulling it out.
