[3 STEPS FRACTIONAL FILTRATION]: Fractional filtration is adopted on our 40 LBS commercial grease interceptor to achieve a better oil-water separation effect, whose flow rate is about 13 GPM. The solid waste and grease will be collected by the mesh basket & filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
[STAINLESS STEEL]: Our commercial grease trap is made of Stainless steel, features durability and sturdiness. which is sturdy, durable, rust-proof, anti-corrosion, hard to deform, easy to clean and has a long service life. It is also designed with a removable stainless steel inside filter basket with dense mesh, which can effectively collect the solid waste and grease in the first step.
[Leak Prevention]: This commercial grease trap spotlights the excellent sealing effect. As a piece of rugged equipment for filtering the kitchen waste and separating oil & water, The lid fits perfectly into the oil separating tank. The water inlet and drain outlet are also firmly welded to the body of the grease interceptor, from the comfort of which the water pipes can be connected tightly. Besides, a sealing ring and PTFE tape are also included in the package.
