Does this camera support 5GHz WiFi?

Currently, it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connections and does not support the 5GHz band. The 2.4GHz WiFi has stronger signal penetration and a wider coverage range.

Is this camera wireless?

The camera must be connected to a power source using a power cable, but it supports wireless network connections via 2.4GHz WiFi.

Does it support local storage using a MicroSD card?

The camera supports MicroSD cards up to 512GB, but it does not include a MicroSD card. The MicroSD slot is located at the top of the camera. It is recommended to disconnect the power before inserting the MicroSD card.


How do I reset the camera?

The reset button is located at the top of the camera, and the body supports manual rotation. After powering on the camera, press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset.


Is it mandatory to subscribe to the cloud storage service?

Subscribing to the cloud storage service is not mandatory; you can use an MicroSD card for recording. However, please note that if you have neither cloud storage nor an MicroSD card, you will not be able to save recordings.
