1. Play

Turn on TV and play sound (Please make sure the wirekess tv headphone has enough power before use).

2. Plug in

Plug the AUX3.5mm/RCA audio cable into the TV transmitter and TV output port, connect the charging dock to the power supply, RED power indicator flashes 6s then go out (only one output at a time).

3. Green light on

Power on the wireless tv headphones. Wait until the gree light is on the left earmuff, the RED light of the base transmitter is always on. (Pairing is successful)

4. Switch (For some TVs)

“Settings”> Click “Sound/Audio” > Click “Sound Output/Expert Settings” > Click “Audio Digital Output Format” > Select “PCM/Stereo”

FAQ：

1. Headphone charging.

Here are the correct charging steps:

1) Plug the power adapter into the DC IN jack and connect the other end to your home’s power supply. You will see a RED light flash for 6s.

2) Retract the headphone band and make sure the headphones are turned off.

3) Align the headphones with the charging pin and insert it into the base until the GREEN light turns on anda click sound is heard, indicating that the headphones charging function is turned on.After charging is completed, the GREEN indicator light on the base will go out.(Charging time 5-7 hours)

2. Base station will not power up.

1) Please confirm that you have correctly plugged the audio cable into the AUDIO OUT port instead of the AUDIO OUT. (If there is no audio input when pairing is successful, the indicators on the transmitter and headphones will go out.)

2) Make sure the headphones and transmitter have been paired successfully following the correct steps. (Otherwise the indicator light on the base will flash for 6 seconds and then go out)

3) lf there is no audio input or the audio signal is too weak within 3s, the headphones and base will automatically turn off and lose sound.

3. The Headphones is already connected to the transmitter, No sound from the Headphones while watching TV.

1) Make sure the headphones have enough power, and the volume of the headphones and audio source is high enough.

2) Make sure you plug the transmitter into TV’s AUDIO OUT port not the AUDIO IN port.

3) For some TVs, you may need to enable TV audio output by adjusting the TV setting to “External Speaker”or“PCM”.

4) Ensure the 3.5mm audio cable is NOT plugged in, or the transmitter will prioritize the AUX input.

3) If you select AUX audio input, please ensure the transmitter is connected to the correct analog audio port on the audio sources.

4. Re-pair the headphones and transmitter.

1) Turn off the headphones and disconnect the transmitter. Reconnect the transmitter to the TV. And play sound.

2) Turn on the tv headphones and hold the POWER button until the LED on the left flashes GREEN quickly.

3) Waiting for several seconds.

4) When the LED on the left of the headphone long lights GREEN, the pairing is successful. You will hear sound from the headphone.
